Every box of Oshēn Salmon ships fresh and is curated just for you, and because of this, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, shipping arrived late or if the box arrived damaged, please take as many pictures of the damaged box, etc. and and you must contact us within three (3) business days using the little message app in the lower right of the website call or text us at (786) 485-5168 or email at email@example.com and one of our representatives will respond within 24 hours. Failure to provide documentation of damages could result of delays or denials of you claim.
What is your subscription policy?
Have the convenience of having our salmon when you want it, delivered fresh to your door and also save 10% for signing up.
Don't want salmon one week, it's easy to skip, just sign in to your account and make changes or modification anytime.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account located in the top right corner. Make sure you have already created an account with us. We are sad to see you go, but if you would like to cancel your subscription, please provide notice 48 hours before the payment has been processed.
If the order has not been **processed (meaning your card has not been charged) **or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or edit your order, but we can't guarantee it. If your subscription order has already shipped (meaning it has a tracking number), we cannot cancel or edit your order. Your subscription cancellation will therefore be applied to the following recurring order.
