Every box of Oshēn Salmon ships fresh and is curated just for you, and because of this, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, shipping arrived late or if the box arrived damaged, please contact us within three (3) business days using the little message app in the lower right of the website or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our representatives will respond within 24 hours.
What is your subscription policy?
We are sad to see you go, but if you would like to cancel your subscription, please provide notice 48 hours before the payment has been processed.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account located in the top right corner. Make sure you have already created an account with us.
If the order has not been **processed (meaning your card has not been charged) **or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or edit your order, but we can't guarantee it. If your subscription order has already shipped (meaning it has a tracking number), we cannot cancel or edit your order. Your subscription cancellation will therefore be applied to the following recurring order.
