While the use of antibiotics is controversial in the salmon industry, we are working with animals that get sick just like people do. While this rare, we don't say "we never use antibiotics" because the truth is — the well-being of our salmon is of utmost importance. If our salmon do get sick, we treat them to ensure they are back to swimming happily. Our dedicated veterinarians look after our fish and ensure they are always in tip-top shape.
We also make sure there is no traces of antibiotics in the flesh of the fish you are holding. The healthier the fish, the healthier the protein, which in turn means a healthier you!

Our fresh salmon arrives to the U.S via cargo and passenger flights. Hellooo airline miles! We aim to minimize our carbon footprint, so we work with partner airlines to ship our product via international passenger flights from Chile. To maintain optimal freshness, our salmon arrives in style in designated coolers that keep them at optimal temperature – cool but never frozen. Our salmon stays fresh as it journeys to your doorstep.
Our frozen portions are vacuum-sealed at peak freshness and are immediately flash-frozen to ensure you are receiving the most flavorful experience.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier. Please note, some orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
