Sesame Salmon With Steamed Spinach
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450℉. Whisk soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and sugar in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Step 2
Place salmon on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and rub with soy sauce marinade.
Step 3
Cook salmon in oven for ~12 minutes or until flakey. Remove from oven and keep warm.
Step 4
Place washed spinach in a large bowl. Steam with 3 cups of water for 2 minutes or until tender.
Step 5
Place salmon on a bed of steamed spinach, drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and pour remaining mixture of soy sauce. Add a pinch of sesame seeds as garnish and enjoy!
