Ingredients:
1/2 lb. Oshēn Salmon, cubed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sriracha (more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1 avocado, diced
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Cooked Japanese short-grain rice to serve
Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, sriracha,
