Inside A Sushi Roll... Spicy Salmon, Crab & Avocado Sushi Salad
Sure, sushi is delicious paired with sushi rice, but sometimes the rice in sushi rolls drowns out the delicious flavors of the fish packed inside. This salad gives the true stars of the sushi roll time to shine as no rice is used in this recipe. The best part about this recipe, aside from it being insanely delicious,no cooking is involved!

Ingredients:
6 oz Oshen Salmon, without skin, cubed
3 oz Crab Claw Meat, shredded
2 oz Avocado, diced
1.5 oz Cucumber, cubed
1 tsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Hot Sauce (more if you like spicy)
1 tbsp Black and White Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Pickled Ginger, minced
1 tbsp Liquid from Pickled Ginger
Salt, to taste
Scallions, as garnish
Shredded Nori, as garnish
Butter Lettuce, optional, for serving
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients needed for this recipe.
- Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
- To serve, place the butter lettuce leaves on a plate and scoop the Spicy Salmon, Crab, and
Avocado Sushi Salad on top. Sprinkle with scallions, more sesame seeds and shredded nori and enjoy!
