We partnered with Spiceology to create the ultimate spicy, smokey, sweet dish. Introducing the Smoky Honey Habanero Salmon Ciabatta with Hot Honey Aioli

Yields: 2 portions
Ingredients:
1lb. Oshēn Salmon fillets cut into ⅓ lb portions
- 3 ciabatta rolls
- 3 tbsp. + 1.5 tbsp. Spiceology’s Smoky Honey Habanero blend
- 1/2 cup mayo
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp. hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Arugula
Preparation:
STEP 1: Season fish with 1 tbsp. of honey habanero seasoning for each portion.
STEP 2: Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
STEP 3: While the fish is cooking, make aioli. Whisk mayo, honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon, and remaining seasoning.
STEP 4: Once the fish is done, let rest and grill your rolls.
STEP 5: Smear your rolls with hot honey aioli on both sides and assemble your sandwiches. Enjoy!
