- 2-3 Oshēn Salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1 mango
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Chive sprigs
- “Fleur de Sel” (French sea salt or any sea salt of your choosing)
- Crushed pepper
- Pastry rings
STEP 1: Slice the salmon. Peel the mango and cut it into thin slices.
STEP 2: Chop the chives, then mix them with the chopped salmon and sliced mango.
STEP 3: Sprinkle with lemon, lime, and a dash of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste, and refrigerate for three hours.
STEP 4: Mold the tartare into a pastry ring and place it on four plates, packing the mixture well. Carefully remove the circle, top with chopped nuts, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
