Ingredients:
For Skewers
1 lb. Oshēn Salmon Fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
8-10 wooden or metal skewers
For the aioli
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water
for 30 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder,
onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the
marinade.
4. Thread the salmon onto the skewers, making sure to leave a little space between
each piece.
5. Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and
slightly charred.
6. While the salmon is cooking, make the aioli by whisking together mayonnaise, lemon
juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
7. Serve the salmon skewers hot with the aioli sauce on the side for dipping.
