Salmon Roasted With Russian Dressing
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Season salmon lightly with salt and pepper. Place fish into a baking dish greased with avocado oil. Make sure the fish is facing skin side down.
Step 2
Whisk remaining ingredients from list in large bowl. Spread the sauce over salmon, reserving 1/3 for later.
Step 3
Bake salmon on sheet pan at 400 degrees for ~12 minutes or until flakey. Serve with the reserved dressing.
