Ingredients:
½ lb. Oshēn Salmon fillets, skin on
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small head of Romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese or Grana Padano
1/4 cup croutons
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Preparation:
1. Season the Salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
3. Add the Salmon fillets and cook for around 3 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and flaky.
