Ingredients:
½ lb. Oshēn Salmon fillets
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup water
1 ½ cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon cumin
¼ cup parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, and black pepper. Season the Salmon fillets with the mixture.
3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the Salmon fillets to the skillet, skin side down.
4. Cook the Salmon for 2-3 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden. Flip the
Salmon fillets over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side.
5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the Salmon is cooked through.
6. While the Salmon is baking, make the tarator sauce. In a small mixing bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, water, garlic, cumin, and parsley. Stir to combine, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Once the Salmon is cooked, remove the skillet from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
8. Serve the Salmon with the tarator sauce on top. Serve with any keto sides of your choice!
