30-Minute Fiesta Salmon Bowl Recipe
Step 1
Place salmon on a baking sheet and pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Squeeze lemon on the salmon with salt and pepper to taste and a dash of olive oil. Sprinkle chopped garlic and cilantro on salmon, and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Remove salmon from oven and let cool. Slice into bite-size pieces.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine warm brown rice with sliced tomatoes, avocado, raw onion, lettuce, and any other vegetables of your choice. Add salmon on top and include remaining cilantro. Mix and enjoy!
