This dish is shockingly simple to prepare, calling for less than 20 minutes of cook time—though you’d never know it once the fish is plated. (Shh. No one needs to know you didn’t spend hours in the kitchen!)
20-Minute Italian Salmon With Tomato Basil
Place salmon on a baking sheet and coat evenly with a layer of extra virgin olive oil, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and a spoon of Italian spice blend.
Add sliced tomatoes and basil on top and around the salmon.
With the oven at 375 degrees, cook the salmon for about 10-15 minutes or until flaky.
Remove from oven. Place remaining basil leaves and serve with a side of pasta (if desired) or with a serving of fresh vegetables, such as squash or multicolored peppers.
