20-Minute Italian Salmon With Tomato Basil
Step 1
Place salmon on a baking sheet and coat evenly with a layer of extra virgin olive oil, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and a spoon of Italian spice blend.
Step 2
Add sliced tomatoes and basil on top and around the salmon.
Step 3
With the oven at 375 degrees, cook the salmon for about 10-15 minutes or until flaky.
Step 4
Remove from oven. Place remaining basil leaves and serve with a side of pasta (if desired) or with a serving of fresh vegetables, such as squash or multicolored peppers.
