  • Leaks
  • Bell Pepper (any color)
  • Tomatoes
  • Black Olives
  • Corn
  • Scallions
  • Broccoli
Don’t sweat the egg noodles.

If you don’t have egg noodles available, but have other types of pasta noodles in the pantry, feel free to use those. Just make sure you cook them al dente.

Cook the salmon however you want.

If you’d rather not pan fry the salmon and deal with the oil, there are other ways you can prepare your salmon! You can bake, grill, or even air fry your salmon if one of these methods is more comfortable for you. Plus, each style of cooking will add a different dimension of flavor.

Make sure you have sides!
