  • 2 lbs. Salmon
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup Celery
  • ⅓ cup Red Onion
  • ¼ cup chopped Green Onions
  • Black Pepper
  • ⅓ cup Parsley 
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

1. Salmon:

When shopping for salmon, it's always important to choose the best quality fish you can find. 2. Mayonnaise:

It wouldn’t be a salmon salad without mayonnaise, right? This ingredient is just as important as canned salmon. It adds creaminess and freshness to the dish, pulling all other ingredients together. There are many mayonnaise options that can fit any dietary needs, so don’t worry if you have a gluten-free or dairy intolerant family member. Plus, you can make your own at home!

3. Celery:

Step 2: Chop the vegetables.

Wash the red onions, green onions, and celery. Then cut them into thin slices.
