The recipe calls for garlic salt, pepper, olive oil, onion, red bell pepper, butter, panko bread crumbs, eggs, mayo, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. And it cooks in about fifteen minutes. These salmon cakes are sure to please—just don’t forget to serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges!

The taco recipe itself calls for coarsely chopped salmon filets, but you can just as easily use ground salmon! In fact, we like the texture better. The savory salmon combined with the acidic salsa is the perfect combination for a fresh summer entrée. 

Baked Salmon Meatballs with Creamy Avocado Sauce

These salmon meatballs with creamy avocado sauce are addicting. Try to resist popping in one after another with this scrumptious seafood supper! Plus, avocado and salmon are the perfect combination both in terms of flavor and nutrition. They’re both FULL of healthy fats

To make these meatballs, you’ll grind the salmon in a food processor and then add the onion, breadcrumbs, paprika, cilantro, and other ingredients. Here’s another Asian-inspired salmon recipe! It combines classic cultural flavors like garlic, red chili, and soy sauce inside a wonton skin with spring onions and snow peas. The recipe also includes instructions for the perfect dipping sauce for your potstickers. 

This recipe requests finely chopped salmon, but ground will work even better. Just ensure whatever type of fish you choose, it’s cooked until it reaches a safe temperature of 145 degrees. You blend dijon mustard, mayonnaise, panko, scallions, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper with the ground salmon in a food processor. Then, form the patties, refrigerate for a while, and cook on a skillet for just a few minutes. That’s it! 

It’s fast, easy, and barely makes any dishes. Plus, it’s a healthy alternative to the classic burger meal. You won’t find your family complaining and this recipe is sure to please any dinner guests. 

Salmon Marinado with Caviar

If you’re looking for a salmon recipe that’s on the fancier side, this gourmet salmon marinado entrée is the perfect choice. Instead of cubed salmon, use cooked ground for this recipe.
