- 2 lbs. Oshēn Salmon filets, sliced into chunks
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- 1 scallion, sliced thinly
- 3 tbsp. panko Italian breadcrumbs
Preparation:
STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
STEP 2: In a food processor, combine salmon chunks, breadcrumbs, egg, scallions, yogurt, and garlic. Pulse until mixed together.
