Ingredients:
1 lb. Oshēn Salmon Fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Sliced scallions and sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the top of each salmon fillet with the spicy mixture.
5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Serve the salmon hot, garnished with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
