● 4 salmon filets (6-8 oz each)
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 4 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 cup heavy cream
● 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1. Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, don’t burn it!
3. Place the salmon filets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
